When do I get paid?
Your reward is sent after your referral signs a contract, their project is complete, and final payment has been received.
How is my reward amount decided?
Rewards range from $250 to $500 and are based on the total value of your referral's project.
Do I need to be a past customer?
Yes. You need to be a previous client to refer someone and receive the offer.
What happens after I request an estimate?
We begin by learning about your space, location, priorities, and desired improvements. From there, we discuss the appropriate next steps for consultation, design, and a detailed project estimate.
What if my friend forgets to add my name?
Contact us as soon as possible. Referrals must be connected to you before the contract is signed.
Can I refer a business or property manager?
Yes! Office renovations and multifamily turnovers count too.
The referral must be a new Rasetta Innovations customer. The referrer's name must be provided on the contact form or to our team before the contract is signed. We issue the reward after project completion and receipt of final payment. The reward amount is based on the final contract value. Rasetta Innovations reserves the right to change or end this program at any time.
